1. Definitions

• "Warmhaven", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Warmhaven, located at 149 Sukhumvit Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Services" — refers to the educational sessions and membership content offered by Warmhaven, namely the Comfortable Conversation Workshop, the Document Tidy Session, and the Family Care Membership.
• "User", "you" — refers to any individual who accesses our website or books a session.
• "Content" — refers to all educational materials, guides, templates, and checklists produced and distributed by Warmhaven.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact enquiry or session booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another household member, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Continued use of the Warmhaven website constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

3. Description of Services

Warmhaven provides general-education sessions focused on family communication skills and household document organisation. All sessions and materials are structured as general information only. They do not constitute personal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Services are offered at our premises at 149 Sukhumvit Road, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. Session availability is subject to scheduling and may change.

Warmhaven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any session format at any time, with reasonable notice to affected bookings.

4. Session Booking and Enrolment

Booking enquiries submitted via the contact form are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when Warmhaven has responded in writing with a confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received.

For the Family Care Membership, access begins upon receipt of payment. Membership is non-transferable and is for the use of the individual household that signed up.

5. Payment Terms

Session fees are denominated in Thai Baht (THB):

• Comfortable Conversation Workshop — ฿3,600 per session
• Document Tidy Session — ฿9,800 per session
• Family Care Membership — ฿23,500 per year

Payment methods and timing will be confirmed at the point of booking. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds: If a cancellation is requested more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, though Warmhaven may at its discretion offer rescheduling. Membership fees are non-refundable after the onboarding welcome pack has been delivered, except as required by Thai consumer protection law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or booking sessions
• Attend sessions at the agreed time, or provide timely notice of inability to attend
• Use educational materials for personal, household, non-commercial purposes only
• Refrain from recording, reproducing, or distributing session content without prior written consent from Warmhaven
• Engage with sessions and facilitators in a respectful manner

7. Intellectual Property

All session materials, guides, checklists, templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Warmhaven. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you in connection with a booked session or active membership, for personal household use only.

You may not copy, share, sell, or adapt Warmhaven materials for any purpose beyond personal household use without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Warmhaven's services are provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing communicated during a session, in written materials, or through this website constitutes personal advice of any kind — whether financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise.

Warmhaven does not make any representations or warranties about the outcomes of attending a session or using educational materials. The value of general information varies between households and individuals.

Our website and materials are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Warmhaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single claim or event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Warmhaven, its team members, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services in an unauthorised or prohibited manner, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

Warmhaven reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking, or terminate access to a membership, if a user breaches these Terms. In such cases, Warmhaven will provide written notice and issue a proportionate refund where appropriate.

You may cancel a membership or withdraw from a booking at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms in Section 5. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to informal resolution by written notice to Warmhaven.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Warmhaven regarding our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or in writing to our Bangkok address.

14. Changes to These Terms

Warmhaven may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of our services or website after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
